is owned by or licensed to Axi Technologies and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, processing, and protection of your information are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using KhudiChat, you consent to the data practices described in that policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account without prior notice if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in prohibited activities
• Misuse the platform
• Compromise the security or integrity of our services

Upon termination: • Your access to KhudiChat will end immediately. • Your license to use the App will automatically expire. • You may be required to uninstall the application from your device.

KhudiChat is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axi Technologies shall not be liable for:

• Data loss
• Business interruption
• Device damage
• Loss of profits
• Service downtime
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any legal disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts located in Islamabad, Pakistan, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect:

• Legal requirements
• Service enhancements
